At JD, we can bend perforated sheet and plate products to different degrees using a press brake and other bending techniques.Features of today’s machines make them very versatile, enabling accurate high quality parts to be produced, for customer’s perforated sheet metal needs. Paired with 3D folding software it is possible to program and manufacture complex parts.

The brake (hydraulic or manual) creates bends by clamping the metal piece in between an upper and lower die. These bends can be made up to an angle of 120 degrees.

Perforated metal plates are available in many types of material and lengths. Bending from 1/50" to 1/4" thick.
