Slotted perforated metal is specifically designed to enable large quantities of materials to pass through without adversely affecting the metal’s strength and overall performance. It’s also extremely flexible — you have the option to choose from a variety of specific shapes that have either square or round hole ends.

The die used to punch the holes can varyin width and length, and the ends of the slot can be round or square. Slottedperforated metal is generally available in many sheet sizes, thicknesses, andmaterial types such.

you can select from various perforatedmetal slotted hole patterns including side-staggered, end-staggered andstraight-line. You can even have a combination of a straight and staggeredpattern on the same workpiece. In most instances, the longer slot dimensionscan be furnished with either the width or the length of the metal sheet.Slotted hole perforated metal is also easy to fabricate.

Sheet sizes: Standardsizesinclude 2mx1m, 2.44mx1.22m, 2.5mx1.25m and3mx1.5m. Sheets 4mx2m areperforatedon our larger machines. Longer lengths upto 6m perforated byspecific request.

Percentage open area: Theseare achieved with patterns with 18% to 65% and greateropen area, but mostpatterns are 30% to 50% open area.
