We can perforate almost any shape that you desire as our in-house tool room allows us to produce new tooling to suit your requirements. We offer bespoke patterns and shaes for custom designs based on customer specifications. In addition, Our decorative metal sheeting has many architectural applications including balustrade infill panels, Perforated Metal Ceilings, Building facades, cladding, balustrade infill panels and much more.

Technical Details

Hole sizes: 1mm-154mm, with additional perforation sizes available on request.

Popular thickness: 0.75mm – 12mm, however, JD can perforate up to 25mm in thickness upon request.

Sheet sizes: Standard sizes include 2mx1m, 2.5mx1.25m, 3mx1.5m and 4mx2m. Longer lengths up to 6m can be perforated upon request.

Percentage open area: All open areas are physically possible but standard tooling tends to be between 20% and 60%.

Standard perforation patterns include 60, 90 and 45 degree orientation.
