Standard perforation patterns include 60, 90 and 45 degree orientation.

Sheet Thickness:Popularthickness: 0.4mm - 10mm. JD can perforate upto 25mm thick onspecialrequest/order

Sheet sizes:Standardsizes include 2mx1m, 2.44mx1.22m, 2.5mx1.25m and3mx1.5m. Sheets 4mx2mareperforated on our larger machines. Longer lengths upto 6m perforatedbyspecific request.

Percentage open area: Theseare achieved with patterns with 10% to 67% and greateropen area, but mostpatterns are 23% to 58% open area.
